Fanny LETIER and François RIVOLIER are pleased to announce the appointment of Michel LAMBOLEY as Chairman of the Strategic Committee of GENEO capital entrepreneur.
This strategic committee oversees the sound financial and legal management of GENEO capital entrepreneur and reports to the General Assembly. The members of the Strategy Committee are appointed by the GENEO Capital Entrepreneur General Assembly, which elects the Chairman from among their number.

Michel LAMBOLEY's career path
After 30 years in finance and general management, Michel LAMBOLEY shares his experience as an independent non-executive director on boards of directors and supervisory boards.
Michel Lamboley was administrative and financial director of the Flo group from 1985 to 1991. He worked with the Decaux family as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Decaux group from 1991 to 2003. He then managed Keolis, with whom he carried out two LBO transactions, and gave a tremendous boost to the group's growth, which rose from €1.8 billion to nearly €6 billion in 2018. He was named CFO of the Year in 2009. He is also a director of the Alain Afflelou group.
